Students have the option of selecting sub-areas of mathematics and an area of specialization in computer science in order to acquire further specialist knowledge. The program of study includes lectures and main seminars that systematically introduce you to research topics, as well as special lectures that provide insights into current research questions. In this way, close links between sound theoretical training and practical research are established. This is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the university and get to know fellow students who are also just starting their studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Learning Workshop is a service offered by our faculty that builds on this idea: During the lecture period, students can work on the weekly exercises together and support each other.
